Finished Outside Radius Deck

This is a good picture of the finished Trex deck, with the outside radius shown here. The railings and pickets were added later.

Outside Radius Trex Deck

This Custom deck has an outside Radius, that is much nicer than your typical square deck. It takes a little more time, but you can have a trex deck that will last a long time.

Inside Radius Deck

This is another great shot of the Trex deck with an eye pleasing radius.

Radius Trex Deck

When you want to enjoy a custom deck, think about how your house flows on the outside. This deck was tied into the third garage and flowed to the great room. By adding a inside Raduis we continued a smooth flow to the exterior of the custom home.

A Large Custom Home Addition built by M.C.I.

This was one of our largest additions we have done. This was adding a total of 4000 sqft to the existing home. The home now is 6200 sqft and is very open. We also added the extra large 3rd car garage on the right of the house. The basement has 9' ceilings and is open as well.
We have transformed the regular steps with a more open Radius Look. We carried this radius step look through out the home.

Radius Deck

This is one of my custom designed decks, with a inside radius. This is how you can add some character to your deck.
In this shot you can see the inside radius ties into the third garage. This design allows more of a flow, with the home.

Montana Custom outside shots

Even the trees have their own lighting. This gives a pretty cool look at night.
Notice how even the cement steps are appearing to float. This was not an easy feat, to do.
The sloted wood, parclex walls are actually movable sun shades for the large sliding glass doors.http://customtrimcarpentry.com/

Montana Custom outside shots

This is outside the 3 bedroom suites.
This is the end of the hall that the bedrooms are located. The exterior wood is a product called parclex.
This shot shows the whole yard elevations have been raised.

Montana Custom continued

This is the shot of the out side of the 3 bedroom suits.

This pic above is of the side of garage. We made sure the exterior lines even lined up, notice the top of the window in relation to the top of the fence.

High end Montana Custom

This is not your typical Montana home by no means. This is a unique custom that my company Millwork Custom Ineriors had the pleasure of milling and installing all of the interior wood work, on thi custom.http://millworkcustominteriors.com/
Take notice on the large vertical cement wall on the right. Here we used an old stlye of forming the wall. The cement wall goes from the front of the house and all the way to the rear.
To the right here you can see the grain transfer on to the cement.
The rock baskett retaining wall is used here, because of where this house was built on a 100 yr flood plain.

This is how a well thought out insulation should be installed, notice how tight between bay and we also cut exactly to fit. Plus we used a high end foam for the ceiling.
Kindle Wireless Reading Device, Wi-Fi, Graphite, 6" Display with New E Ink Pearl Technology
This is the finished addition. We handled the entire build, from foundation to paint. This is what a well thought out addition can do for a home.
This was a shot during framming stages, not the best time of year to do this. We still got this addition up in no time. Millwork Custom Interiors

Great Room with a custom ceiling

This ceiling we lay ed out, a pattern or grid to show an almost invisible seamless look. This ceiling was called out to use 3/4 d fir a grade, we then had to go to the supplier to go through his bunks of ply material, to get our estimated amount, to match with similar color and grain. As you can tell it looks awesome. This is another good reason to use a qualified Interior Carpenter. The large cut outs between the lights are for the sound system.
This was a fresh change of pace, with this custom made bed. This was the dream of an architect, who wanted to make the bed as it was " Floating in mid air ". The end tables were also produced to give the same effect. Notice that all the wood trim was glued in place, no ugly nail holes to puddy. This Custom we did was in beautiful Montana. This is a great example of why you would need a trim specialist and not a handy man or framer.
